Dustin Sonnier

Dustin is an American country music singer/writer from the small community of Vatican, Louisiana.

Dustin’s passion for music began at an early age.  “Growing up, we listened to Keith Whitley and George JOnes until my Dad went to work; then my Mom, a rocker at heart, introduced me to Ozzy, Van Halen and Marshall Tucker” Dustin recalls.

At the age of 13, Dustin picked up a guitar and joined a Christian country band, and spent the next few years honing his skills.

In 2006, formed his own band, and quickly became a success in the local honky-tonk scene.

2016 brought the release of Dustin’s first major recording project.  The six song EP “Country” is stacked with three songs penned by Dustin along with songs written by Michael McDonald and Don Pfrimmer.

In April 2016, his single “Whiskey Makes Her Miss Me” debuted on the Texas Regional Radio Report, and became a honky-tonk anthem across Texas and Louisiana.

In 2017, Dustin’s popularity continues to grow as he is introduced to an even greater audience.
